Kelly Noonan was born and raised in Southern California. She began modeling at the age of five and began acting in commercials at the age of 7. When she was 9 she landed her first movie role and fell in love with acting. Kelly loved sports and the outdoors and was constantly running from soccer practice, to drama rehearsal, to auditions in LA. In high school Kelly took a break from acting professionally in order to concentrate on school, drama, and three varsity sports. She went to Berkeley her first two years of college and then transferred to UCLA in order to pursue acting while finishing her studies. Over the past few years Kelly has traveled all over the world in order to, not only experience other cultures, but earn some money acting and modeling along the way. She spent stretches of time in Spain, Australia, Jackson Hole, New York City, Miami and Hawaii.

Kelly now lives in Santa Monica, California and works part time as a fit model while building a successful film and television career. She is currently studying with Ivana Chubbuck in her Master Class in Hollywood and is repped by Paradigm Talent Agency for film and television, Beth Stein & Associates for commercials. Kelly's passion is the powerful art of storytelling through film and her strength is COMEDY. She believes laughter truly IS the best medicine. When she is not auditioning or shooting, Kelly stays fit by running, practicing yoga, and snowboarding. She loves clean food, good wine, the ocean, karaoke, and laughing with her friends.
